These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the rrr77 platform and all services offered therein. Please read this document carefully before registering an account. By accessing or using rrr77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use rrr77. Age verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
Each individual may hold only one active rrr77 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately, and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the stated rollover threshold will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
Any use of software exploits, collusion, bonus abuse, or fraudulent payment methods will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
These Terms are governed by internationally recognized gaming regulations. rrr77 operates under international licensing standards and handles all disputes through its internal arbitration process.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit, and participate in any game or betting market on rrr77. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. Individuals who are under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using the rrr77 platform in any capacity, including browsing with intent to register.
2.2 Residency. The rrr77 platform is designed and operated to serve players located in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are a resident of Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of rrr77 does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence or physical location at the time of use.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. Persons who are legally incapable of entering into contracts (including, but not limited to, those subject to legal guardianship) may not use this platform.
2.4 Self-Exclusion Status. Persons who have previously self-excluded from the rrr77 platform or any other rrr77-operated service are prohibited from re-registering, including under a different name, email address, or payment method, for the duration of their self-exclusion period.
Age Restriction: rrr77 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all transactions will be reversed where technically possible, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities. 21+ Only.
3.1 Registration Accuracy. When registering an account on rrr77, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name as it appears on your national identity document (KTP), a valid email address, a valid mobile telephone number, and your date of birth. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual person may hold only one (1) registered account on the rrr77 platform. The existence of more than one account per person — regardless of the email address, payment method, device, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited. rrr77 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to withhold any funds associated with them pending investigation.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. rrr77 strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password that is not used on any other service. You must notify rrr77 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by any unauthorized party.
3.4 Account Ownership Non-Transferability. Your rrr77 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, loaned, or otherwise made available to any third party, including family members. rrr77 accounts may not be used for commercial resale or as a proxy for another individual's betting activity.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no recorded login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are classified as inactive. rrr77 may begin deducting an administrative dormancy fee of up to Rp 50.000 per month from the remaining balance of inactive accounts after providing written notice to the registered email address. Where a balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. All Members must complete the KYC verification process before any withdrawal request will be processed. KYC is also required when cumulative deposits reach a specified threshold, as determined by rrr77's internal AML compliance procedures.
4.2 Required Documents. The standard KYC process requires submission of the following:
4.3 Processing Time. Standard KYC review is completed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of document submission during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Complex cases requiring additional verification may take longer. Members will be notified by email upon approval or if additional documentation is required.
4.4 Withdrawal Hold. rrr77 may place a temporary hold on pending withdrawal requests until KYC verification is complete. No interest or compensation is payable for delays attributable to incomplete or inaccurate documentation submitted by the Member.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rrr77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rrr77 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency; currency conversion, if applicable, is the Member's sole responsibility.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit amounts start at Rp 10.000 for e-wallet methods and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Maximum single deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment channel and are displayed at the time of transaction initiation. High-value transactions may require additional identity confirmation.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via supported e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) and major bank transfer channels (BCA, BRI, Mandiri) are typically credited to the Member's rrr77 wallet instantaneously or within a few minutes. Processing times for other methods are as displayed in the payment interface. rrr77 is not liable for delays attributable to the Member's financial institution.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal request can be processed: (a) KYC verification must be complete; (b) the requested withdrawal amount must not exceed the Member's verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds); (c) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied; and (d) the withdrawal destination must be a payment account registered in the Member's own verified name.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. rrr77 processes the majority of standard withdrawal requests within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Actual crediting times depend on the Member's financial institution and are outside rrr77's direct control. rrr77 does not guarantee same-hour processing and makes no such representation in any marketing material.
5.6 Fees. rrr77 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Members may be subject to fees imposed by their own bank or e-wallet provider; these are the Member's responsibility.
5.7 Source of Funds. rrr77 reserves the right to request evidence that funds deposited originate from a legitimate, lawful source. Deposits suspected of originating from money laundering, fraud, theft, or any criminal activity will be frozen and reported to applicable authorities.
6.1 Promotional Offers. rrr77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and VIP program benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and, where not otherwise specified, to the general bonus rules in this section.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a Member's account are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement is fully met.
6.3 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute differently to the fulfillment of wagering requirements. Football and sports bets typically contribute 100% of the stake; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate; certain game categories (e.g., progressive jackpot slots) may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
6.4 One Bonus Per Household / Device / IP Address. Welcome bonuses and new-member promotions are limited to one claim per household, per device, and per IP address. Where rrr77 detects coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, all implicated accounts may be suspended and bonus funds forfeited.
6.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated through bonus play is capped at ten (10) times the original bonus amount. Winnings exceeding this cap are not eligible for withdrawal.
6.6 Expiry. Bonus funds that remain unclaimed or where wagering requirements are not met within the stated promotion validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Member's balance.
6.7 rrr77 Right to Modify or Withdraw. rrr77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without advance notice. Where a bonus is modified after a Member has opted in, rrr77 will honor the terms applicable at the time of the Member's opt-in to the extent reasonably practicable.
7.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on rrr77 — including sports markets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, live casino tables, slot games, and crash game markets — are final once confirmed by the system. Members should verify all bet details before confirming, as rrr77 cannot reverse a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances outlined in these Terms.
7.2 Insufficient Funds. A bet that cannot be fully covered by the Member's available real-money balance at the time of placement will be declined. rrr77 will not extend credit to Members in any circumstances.
7.3 Obvious Errors. rrr77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were the result of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds caused by a technical malfunction, data feed error, or typographical mistake. Members should not place bets in circumstances where an apparent pricing error is evident.
7.4 Abandoned & Postponed Events. For sports betting markets: if a match or event is abandoned before completion of the minimum period specified in the applicable sports rules, bets will be settled as void and stakes returned to the Member's balance. Postponed events will be treated per rrr77's sport-specific betting rules published on the platform.
7.5 Mix Parlay Rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be successful. If one or more legs are voided, the parlay is recalculated using the remaining valid legs. Minimum and maximum leg counts per parlay are as specified in the betting interface.
7.6 Live Betting. Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. rrr77 does not guarantee that any quoted live odds will remain available between the time a Member views them and the time their bet request is processed. Bets will be settled at the odds confirmed at the time of system acceptance, not at the time of initial viewing.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rrr77 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, subject to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
9.1 Player Protection Commitment. rrr77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We actively promote the use of player protection tools and encourage all Members to gamble within their personal means and exclusively for entertainment purposes.

9.4 Underage Access Prevention. rrr77 employs KYC verification as its primary mechanism for preventing underage access. Parents and guardians are advised to use third-party parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.
10.1 Ownership. All content on the rrr77 platform — including but not limited to the rrr77 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphical elements, written content, software code, odds data, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of rrr77 or its licensed content providers, protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited License. rrr77 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any element of the rrr77 platform.
10.3 Restrictions. You may not frame, mirror, scrape, crawl, or otherwise reproduce the rrr77 platform or any portion of its content without rrr77's prior written consent. Unauthorized use of rrr77 intellectual property will result in account termination and may be subject to legal action.
11.1 Platform Availability. rrr77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, rrr77 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, and circumstances beyond rrr77's control may result in temporary service unavailability.
11.2 Gambling Losses. rrr77 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by a Member as a result of gambling activity on the platform. By using rrr77, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. rrr77 does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or profit from any game or betting market.
11.3 Technical Faults. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome, rrr77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Members. rrr77's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the stake; no additional compensation or claimed winnings are payable.
11.4 Third-Party Services. Certain elements of the rrr77 platform are provided by third-party game studios and payment providers. rrr77 is not liable for service failures, errors, or interruptions attributable to third-party providers, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11.5 Maximum Aggregate Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rrr77's total aggregate liability to any individual Member arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 rrr77's Right to Suspend. rrr77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, where rrr77 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
12.2 Fund Handling on Suspension. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds in the account will be held and will not be accessible to the Member until the investigation is resolved. Where a breach is confirmed, rrr77 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance in accordance with the nature and severity of the breach.
12.3 Voluntary Closure. A Member may voluntarily request the permanent closure of their account at any time by contacting rrr77 support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.
12.4 Self-Exclusion Terminations. Where a Member's account is closed as part of a self-exclusion request, rrr77 will implement the exclusion across its platform. Any attempt by the Member to circumvent the self-exclusion by registering a new account will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
13.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by rrr77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using rrr77, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
13.2 Data Security. rrr77 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and encryption-at-rest for sensitive personal and financial data. Despite these measures, no electronic transmission or storage system is entirely infallible, and rrr77 cannot guarantee absolute security.
13.3 Regulatory Disclosure. rrr77 may be required to disclose Member information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units where required by applicable law, court order, or licensing obligation. Such disclosures will be made without prior notice to the Member where legally prohibited from providing such notice.
14.1 Right to Amend. rrr77 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform functionality, or business operations.
14.2 Notification. Where a material change is made to these Terms, rrr77 will notify registered Members by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform login screen, at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required for compliance with applicable law or urgent security reasons.
14.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Continued use of the rrr77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rrr77 holds its primary international gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
15.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the rrr77 platform or these Terms, the Member is required to first raise the matter with rrr77's customer support team by email to [email protected]. rrr77 will acknowledge the dispute within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to resolve it within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.
15.3 Escalation. Where an internal resolution is not reached within the thirty-day period, either party may escalate the matter to rrr77's designated independent dispute resolution service. Details of the applicable ADR body are available from rrr77's customer support team upon request.
15.4 No Class Actions. All disputes between rrr77 and a Member shall be resolved on an individual basis. Members waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective proceeding, or representative claim against rrr77.
